We are offering 20% ownership of the LLC, at $10 per share, as SILENT PARTNERS. Joint Ventures (JV) will also be considered.

BENEFITS OF OWNERSHIP:

1. A dollar for dollar "ACTIVE INCOME LOSS" FEDERAL TAX DEDUCTION for the first 3 years, after which we will be profitable.
2. Percentage of annual profits,payable according to percentage owned.
